You will enjoy this two bedroom one and a half bath townhouse, with a Jacuzzi on the tropical, private patio directly on the beach. This area is famous for surfing and watching the turtles nest. There is an ocean kayak and chairs and umbrellas for spending time on the beach. We are located at the quiet end of the Boardwalk, you will enjoy renting bicycles or roller blades to cruise the beach area. Shopping for surf gear or gifts, eating in great restaurants, pizza etc. are all located around the boardwalk. There is golf and tennis within a mile. Historic Downtown Melbourne(2 miles away) is a fun place to shop and walk. You'll find a store that has great imported wines and interesting antique stores and galleries.

is sparkling clean and comfortable with all new decor. There is an open floor plan with ceiling fans, Mexican tile, and local art to capture the feel of the islands. The kitchen has all new appliances (dishwasher, blender, microwave etc.) and everything you will need to prepare meals. The views are spectacular through two sliding glass doors that leads out to your patio. After a full day at the beach unwind in our leather sofa and loveseat with built in recliners, and enjoy our entertainment center with a large screen TV, VCR and stereo system. The master bedroom has panoramic views of the ocean with a King bed and a reading chair. The quest bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV. The sofa is a pull out bed for extra guest.

AMENITIES: Jacuzzi, 3 TV's, BBQ grill, washer dryer, sheets/towels, beach chairs, umbrellas

$100 per week, extra person over four people...$600 deposit/balance due 60 days prior to arrival/ reservations Sat.-Sat. 

Cancellation Policy: with a 60 day notification, monies will be refunded less $100.00 a week cancellation fee, less then 60 day monies are forfeited. No refunds for early departures, for any reasons.
