We do not take advance
reservation for any booking less then one week.

Partial week reservations are
accepted one week prior to the desired partial rental, as full week
requests have priority.
Cancellation Policy: with a 60 day notification, monies
will be refunded less $100.00 a week cancellation fee, less then 60 days monies
are forfeited. No refunds for early departures, for any reasons.
